What is the source of my data?
You provide most of the data yourself through the contact/registration form and/or conversation by phone with our hotline. If you use our services as part of a medical subscription made available to you by a medical entity cooperating with Carebits sp. z o.o., providing obstetric care and the transfer of your data takes place on the basis of an agreement concluded between Carebits sp. z o.o. and cooperating entity.
What is the scope of my personal data processed by Carebits?
In order to register in the System, we need: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, week pregnancy, date of delivery, address of residence. When providing services, we create your records medical, in which we note all the information obtained, primarily the records of CTG tests, but there may also be information about your addictions, diseases or other relevant data that we collect, if any they are necessary to make a diagnosis. To send system communication such as registration, test results or marketing purposes, we need your e-mail address or telephone number - then we will be able to personalize our messages in an appropriate way. Consent to data processing for purposes marketing purposes includes any information you have provided to us while working with Carebits. They can it be, for example, your identification data (name, surname, date of birth, age, city). However, we assure that we do not access your medical records - only authorized persons have access to this information this person.

Profiling rules
Profiling means that we can create profiles of our preferences based on information about you patients and thus adapt our services and the content you receive from us. We assure you that in progress profiling, we do not reach your medical records and that we do not process your data in any way fully automatic, without human intervention. The exception to this rule is when a decision taken automatically is to serve the performance of the Contract for the provision of benefits that is binding on us health (e.g. ensuring the appropriate availability of services to you). However, you always have the right not to be subject to such a decision and demand human intervention, which we of course provide. It's enough that you can contact us via the hotline or website.
Who is my personal data transferred to?
As a medical entity, we care very much about the confidentiality of your data. Due to the need to provide us appropriate organization, especially in the field of IT infrastructure or current matters regarding our activities as an entrepreneur, we may transfer your data to other recipients if it will be necessary to achieve the goals covered by the consents granted or specified by law, in particular entities providing IT support services to Carebits, advertising agencies, external auditors. Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- other medical entities cooperating with Carebits to ensure the continuity of treatment and availability of health care in Poland;
- service providers supplying Carebits with technical and organizational solutions, enabling the provision of maternity care and the management of our organization (in particular providers of ICT services, suppliers of diagnostic equipment, courier companies and post office);
- providers of services supporting Carebits in the marketing area (advertising agencies, companies carrying out the sending of text messages and e-mails);
- providers of legal and advisory services and those supporting Carebits in the recovery of dues claims;
- persons authorized by you as part of the implementation of your patient rights.
Are my data transferred outside the European Union?
Due to the fact that we use the services of other providers, e.g. in the field of ICT support Yours personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. We assure you that in this case the transfer of data will take place on the basis of an appropriate legal basis between Carebits and this entity, containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
** For how long are my personal data processed?**
If you are our patient and we have created your medical records, we have a duty storing it for at least 20 years from the date of the last entry in it. With reservation this period, if the data were processed by us in order to pursue claims (e.g. in proceedings debt collection) we process data for this purpose for the period of limitation of claims, resulting from the regulations of the civil code. All data processed for accounting and tax reasons we process for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose. If you have consented to the processing of data for marketing purposes, we process your data from the moment of consent until its withdrawal. After the above-mentioned periods, your data is deleted or subject to anonymization.
Is it my duty to provide data?
Using the medical service provided by Carebits is fully voluntary, however, as an entity We are obliged to keep medical records in the manner prescribed by law rights, including the identification of the patient using her personal data. In this case failure to provide data may result in refusal to provide the service. Also for accounting reasons tax, we have a legal obligation to process your data, failure to provide it may result in e.g. inability to issue an invoice or a personal bill for you. Any expression marketing consents is also done on a voluntary basis. That is, the refusal to provide them does not prevent you from using the Carebits medical service and at the same time you have the right to appeal expressed consent to us at any time. All you have to do is contact us via the hotline or website.
Information about recording telephone calls
- Recording of telephone calls takes place during the working hours of the Helpline, it serves safety and improving the quality of patient service, all outgoing calls are recorded and incoming;
- Before starting the recording of a telephone conversation, the caller is informed about the recording conversations. If the interlocutor does not agree to the recording, please end the call;
- Recording of calls is carried out due to the legitimate interest of the entity medical in order to enable an unequivocal assessment of the conversation in terms of its course potential doubtful situations between the Administrator and the Patient and for control purposes providing information by employees;
- Recordings are stored for 12 months. Recorded calls will be shared only to authorized persons and bodies. Collected calls cannot be used for purposes other than those indicated above, unless the law imposes an obligation to do so use for purposes other than these Regulations.
- When recording a conversation, any personal data provided by you is recorded interlocutor;
- People who have been recorded have the right to view the content of their data and the right to them correction, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data. They also have a right lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Carebits provides you with the right to access your data, you can rectify it, request its removal or restrictions on their processing. You can also exercise your right to object to Carebits against the processing of your data and the right to transfer data to another data controller.
